  1. Hi, I know the system can run on Linux, but I'm having a slightly tricky time finding a linux client. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very very grateful. So grateful that I might actually make the debian tutorials useful! (Somewhat). Kind Regards Ravenshade.
  2. What does it actually say in the database? (I'm afraid you're going to have to find the table with this item yourself). Find, copy then paste the single record here. There might ....might...also be an issue in the shop code. Is this newly installed item or an item that comes with the game? (Problem blind here, as I can't even install the damn thing ...)
  3. Hi Minor issues, mostly with the wiki, it isn't complete >.< . There's some items that I'm not quite sure how to change or have an idea of but aren't certain. Firstly I have a warning Using the default user/password s1/p1 is NOT RECOMMENDED. I get the reason but I can't find how to switch it. Found it, I needed to skip ahead a chapter. Is the Map Server/Char Server installed at the same time and in the same place? If not how do I install these and where do I switch them on? I'm happy to run three servers if need be, it just seems a little extreme. Found it, again I needed to skip ahead a chapter. One server, just three instances. SQL Linux. Some minor issues. 1. The code here doesn't work as expected. ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''ragnarok'.* to 'ragnarok'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'ragnarok'' at line 1 I suspect this is really old code that needs to be updated. The problem is, I don't think a ragnorak database is present in the slightest. Yet I feel one should have been installed. Could someone lend a hand please? Solved! The syntax was massively out of data, apostrophes removed, solution added to the wiki. Now. How do I populate my database? Updated, I just have issues figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing with my database now. Found it. Skipped over the the FreeBSD don't you just love *unix systems? All so so similar. Found out I needed to import something to a database! These tutorials should be quite frankly taken offline Right, now I don't actually think I can proceed any further until I have a linux client. Where do I get one?
