I'm getting an Error for sending Unknown packet, and can't get into the Map Server

I need help with the client side... We got the server up and running we just don't know to get the RO clien to connect to the sevrer, or well we sort of do but there isn't any tutorial that tells u how to create any newer patchers, or Clients The past RO was just click on ragexe.exe made by anyone and it would work now I'm just confused, Hopefully someone could help out
