This is a Lower Headgear, Recently Released in kRO (I'm just uploading here, because of the demand for this scarf, many people want him)

This Sprite Replaces GM Sprite only for test purposes, you can change it if you want.
This File Includes the GM Sword.
Pallete Compatibility not tested, but uses RO template.
