transfering current server to another pc

i'm using mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.45-win32. which button should i click to back it up? thanks, i appreciate ur help! -
ok so i've been running the server with mysql+rathena for quite a few weeks n now i decided to transfer it to another computer. what should i do so that i wont lost the old server save file? and are there any backup tools for it?
