  1. Hello everyone, This is my first topic on the forum! I’m a beginner map creator who started this journey as a hobby. In 2023, a friend asked me to design custom maps for his private server, and since then, I've had the opportunity to create several maps. I’m excited to share them with you. Below, I’ll highlight some of the maps I’ve worked on. Throughout this process, I’ve focused on mimicking the style of Ragnarok Online as closely as possible, aiming to create maps that feel like they truly belong to the game. the Adventurers' Guild. This map serves multiple purposes within the game—it functions as a story hub, save point, quest area, market, and more. it's divided into the first, second and third floor. The first & Second floor: these are meant for all the players. The Third Floor: This floor is for players who have made certain accomplishments in the guild. The Guild commander The Portal Chamber This room was intended to serve as a gateway, connecting the Adventurer’s Guild to other special locations. One of the portals was designed to lead to the Training Ground, while the destinations for the other two portals have yet to be determined. Hall of Victory This area was designed for special guild celebrations, held after certain milestones within the guild. The Adventurers' Guild contains several key areas,: The Armory: This is where Sir Armand resides. He assists new players by providing essential early-game gear to help them get started. In addition to this, the armory also houses a secret quest that allows players to obtain rental god items. Sir Armand the Armorer The Registration Office: This is where players can join the guild and learn about the lore behind its origins and purpose. The Exploration Squad Office: This area is dedicated to missions that involve discovering hidden and secret areas within the world. Captain Saif WANTED: Criminal Posters Those are actually a real players in the server, it was planned to be updated regularly. The Store: A marketplace where players can buy essential items and gear. I had many plans to further expand the Adventurer’s Guild, with additional areas and features, Unfortunately, the expansion didn’t come to life. Other areas are designed for exploration and quests: The Hidden Forest: This area becomes accessible after discovering its hidden entrance and completing a short quest. Inside, the player will encounter the Golden Poring, who has slumbered for centuries. Upon awakening, the Poring will reveal an ancient tale of the world's forgotten past and its dark future. The Forgotten Altar: This area becomes accessible after completing a special quest, unlocking the ability to summon the Soul Taker. Once summoned, the player can inscribe the name of their most hated enemy on the Death Tree, marking them for death. However, the player must then face the Soul Taker in a deadly, no escape battle. The Inner Core: This is the deepest layer of the Thor Dungeon, originally planned to be part of a quest and a site for summoning the Dark Ifrit. The Training Ground: This area is connected to the Adventurer's Guild and holds secrets from the guild’s creation. Designed for special events, it also features a unique teleportation system (which, unfortunately, was never completed). Grave of the Forgotten Hero Lastly, here’s a map I created... literally for no reason at all. Temple of blood I hope you enjoyed reading this topic! Special thanks to Brof for creating BrowEdit, and to Speedrun for providing numerous tutorials that have greatly helped with map creation.
