where can I download the luafile514? or should I just create the folder and move the lua files there?

yes i have searched for answer but i haven't found a solution. I also put its lua files on my data folder. I also diff my client to read data folder first. But i still get the reset the hotkey with blank empty window. how do i fix this? my server is the latest rathena. another question: what are the necessary files that should be in the data folder for the client to work? thanks.
