anyone have any idea what could've caused this and how to fix? i have itemdescription in my grf, when i add info on iteminfo_EN for it, it just adds information but doesn't actually delete those gibberish letters

I see in npc/re/jobs/novice/academy.txt this script mes "<NAVI>[Therapist]<INFO>iz_ac01,59,43</INFO></NAVI>, status recovery trainer"; but when i click it in game, it doesn't point to where the npc is, any idea? thanks in advance.
