I recently disabled 3rd jobs on my server, I've noticed that with 255 dex and str the atk would be 3k+, is it normal?

I have an existing database which has 3rd Jobs in it, I want to change them to transcendent without wiping the entire database, is there a way to do it?

the file is corrupted, can't open it. ReDLed many times already, please provide some mirror, thanks
