Cross Impact Skill Smallness damage

I want to change the cross-impact damage skills smallness
how to change it?
due to the damage in my RO Job Impact Cross Guillotine Cross skill is very small though good weapons like the Ice Pick and Main Gauche +10 +10 plus Enchant Deadly Poison skill only issued Attack 2 - 3k only.
oh my RO with max level 150 and max 120 Status ...

well pal i don't know about source modifications and i wouldn't touch it at all because one mistake can make your server unable to run until the error is fixed and as i far i know it won't be easy
