Help...Instacast not working

I would like to inquire regarding instacast..I just had a default script for my skill.conf with setting:

// At what dex does the cast time become zero (instacast)?

castrate_dex_scale: 150

However, when I tried dex=150 (or more) to any of my character, the casting time is still the same with the casting time when dex=1. Have I missed (or messed up) something in my configuration?..

You need to go into the source, disable RENEWAL_CAST and recompile
