Whenever I open it or double click it, there's nothing happening. There're no processes in task manager or whatsoever. 2010-07-21 version works just fine but me and my players seem to disconnect somtimes. So I want to change it to the 2010-07-30aRagexeRE version so it'll be more stable. Help me out please. My Computer's OS: Windows 8 Enterprise 32-bit Thank you!
