Clean Refiner Script using Deeds

I have used Euphy's refiner script
but its bugged,

E.G.
I have a +6 refine weapon deed.
I will refine my weapon up to + 4 weapon/armor.
so +4 normal refine then I will go the refiner to use +6 ticket refine and BOOOM
the refine sum will be +10

the players on my server abuse the bug and I dont have any Idea how to fix it,
so I am requesting for a script that does not accept refined armors and weapons.

When my Armor is refine to +4 and i will use refine npc, like i will use +9 armor refine deed. it stacks, i use refine deed but my armor is +13 because of the previous refine. what will ill change on not to stack previous refine?
