I logged in until the character. When I tried to enter the game, appear another error... Translate: Refure by the server (3) I know that we need the log from login/char/map, I already send and e-mail for the hostter. But I don't think that he will answer today so... Also change your clientinfo version to 31 and make a test. Sorry, just saw u said u can't see your logs... Can't you connect to your host by ssh to see them? Which host are u using?
