Question about Neutral Resist (Renewal)

Hello, I just want some additional information regarding neutral resist, because i am a bit confused.

 

Here is my sample equipment for neutral resist.

Valkyrie Manteau + Deviling Card = 50%
Satanic Bone Helm = 10%
Immune Shield +12 = 7%
All stats is set to 1.

 

The neutral resist should be around 67%.

 

 

Here is the weird part (for me), when i equipped the above-mentioned items,

any player that will hit me with normal attacks (left click) will result to no damage.

 

I am confused because I am not that familiar in renewal setup and I am expecting to received at least 1 damage.

 

So my question is..is it normal for renewal setup or it is a bug?

I am using the latest revision of rAthena and I even tried to use Hercules but the results is still the same.
