When a character that has transcended (earning the bonus 100 stat points) resets their stats, they are not rewarded with the 100 bonus stat points again. Is this how the reset NPC is supposed to behave or will simply changing use_statpoint_table to no work for this issue?
I ask because players can not purchase/sell stat points so I am unsure if the fix will fix my issue as well.
