[Other Emu] Skills not working

Hi

Since eathena and 3ceam forums seems to be dead i wonder if someone here knows how to fix this problem:

 

In both emus skills such as

 

Pneuma

Safety Wall

Autoguard

Casot Off Ciceda Shell

Reverse Tatami 

 

dont work at all, i tried to migrate to rathena but the ppl isnt happy with the asura and im expeiencing problems with hp rates, bonus of the items i edited before, asura damage, and others, so i decide to stayt with 3ceam, hope someone can help me
