HELP ME PLEASE! my payout request is way too long! i have doubt in rathena staff on what are they doing.

they must have atleast an automated system that approve the requested pay out. so no clients wait, this is kinda scam i request the payout last Oct. 9, 2013 and yet its already October 22, 2013, No action yet?

anyone got the same problem?

sorry for my message if some moderators seen this, i just want you to know what is happening. and i think the support system in the Client area doesnt work too.

Maki and Brian handle all payouts. Last I asked, they were both very busy; your request will certainly get processed, but it might take longer than usual.

It is usually a 2 week period to prevent charge-backs and other issues with payment transactions.

If there is still no update on the day after, then you should contact an administrator. This is someone who would be able to access the rAthena account.

In general, just be patient. The admins are busy and have their own life which can bring anything. They have never failed me when it came to the payout request.
