How to gen the packets table for Ragexe.exe@twRO

hello , 

 

i have the problem in my server, 

 i want to used the Ragexe.exe from taiwan   ( ftp://ropatch.gameflier.com/Patch/2013-10-08aRagexe.rgz )

Ragexe.zip

 

but i don't know why can't login the char and map server , have some error message.

 

so i think the packet_db.txt is not support my Ragexe.exe from twRO.

 

i have see another posts have the information  about 

the packets table in Korea RagexeRE 2013-08-07  is (http://pastebin.com/tkbzmQL6 )

 

 

i would like to know how to gen the packets table for my twRO Ragexe.exe 

 

or who can help me to gen or fix the packet_db.txt for my Ragexe. Ragexe.zip
