hi.... i am sub-owner of some RO... i want to change this skill_db.txt... i want to re-balance all jobs.. cause our server is almost called an RK RO cause i guess RK has the imbalance skill Dragon Breath... please i need help to re-balance all every job thank you!!! i hope someone will help me thanks~~~~i'll attach all my skill db's here please teach me how to apply them after too thank u!
