Help>Item Description Fail

Ok so i opened the client and when i checked the items it seemed fine but when i looked at the description it not in english... or korean?on Minstrel Song it says "Z szg lu z uznlfh....." what could be the problem?

and also im on RE mode because when i disable RE and go Pre-RE mode "@item command" says invalid item though i can use the view item command... i have checked the item db for pre-re and re and it seems to be ok... 

Ok. the item description is solved, Nw the problem is when change to pre-renewal i cannot spawn items for example "@item 5751" it says invalid item but when at renewal it does spawn i have checked the item db for both setting...
