Need Some Support

i
need some help in some errors i found it in my server i'll sort it by
number and i'll try to add some pictures help me pls on it    :

1.

Cards : Cards error its become with a strange language and when i try
to open the picture , it wont open and kicked me out of the server .

 

 

2.

Lucky Scrolls & Boxs : When i tried to open Angel Scroll it didn't
open and no any another Effect (didn't kick me or something like that ) .

3.

Language : when i tried to use my own language (arabic) in NPC names ,
commands , npc chat it give me a strange language (its work in normal
chat) .

Skills Damage : The Creater in  don't deal much damage with his skill
ACID DEMONSTRATION . and the glx don't deal much damage with his cross
impact and Sonic Blow .

 

5.

Armor : if i wear armor or without it dosen't do any effect (its add Def but the damage don't become down) .

 

6.

Skill delay after cost : the gate of hell in my server have very long delay after cost .

 

7.

Skill Effects : when i tried to use any of the Shadow Chaeser skills on the MVP its dosen't give any effect .

8.

Arua : when anyone Be 160 it doesn't give him an a Yellow Aura .

 

9.

Cash shop : when i tried to use cash shop in the server i try to boy but it doesn't Respone .

{[Warning]: Player 150189 sent incorrect cash shop buy packet (len 14:10)!}

10.
 

Flux Control Panel : i've been installed desine 2 flux how can i edit (
news and updates , Rate My server Button , Kafra Shop Button , Recuit
Button ,(adding) item inside shop , how to add credit to players ,
sevice 24/7 button , vote for points button )
