Help creating Private Server from scratch

Guys, im really sorry about this. Im totally new to this and im searching this forum for guides but i cant seem to follow it due to i have different equipments. i need someone who can help me create a private server from scratch, including what to download and all.

i already tried that, but i am having problems with 

Port forwarding the ZyXEL P-660HN-T1A router.

and also i dont know what client should i download and where to download them, i want to create a server with 3rd jobs

im having this error when rebuilding, i have windows 7 64bit
