How do i change the login wallpaper?

Hello guys its me again. i still haven't finished my client because of this one problem. 

Ive done everything in the forum that needs to be done . ive sliced the image into 12 parts using ROLSG and put it in my data>texture>À¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º folder. still the background doesn't change.

ive also done this with my data.ini

[Data]

0=LiveRO.grf

1=rdata.grf

2=data.grf

 

im very sorry if im posting this in the wrong section im still very new to rAthena

Finally Someone who answered my question ive been waiting for HOURS. 7 hours to be precise. 

What do you mean on my hex? my client? when i diffed it?

Oh Never mind i figured it out already. now i feel stupid for waiting 7 hours =3=" /sigh

To anyone who happens to stumble across this problem too. just untick or uncheck Always Call SelectKoreaClientInfo()

maybe, on your hex, the option "forced black BG" or something like that is activated.
