Is Dragon Breath bug? Well just correct me if im wrong here. I try to wear v.shield ( 20% fire resistance ) the damage of DB is still the same. I try to use luciu's armor ( fire property ) DB damage is lowered. Now I try to use deviling card, DB damage is still the same ( DB damage should increase because of the effect of deviling card )

FYI: I am using the skill_damage_db.txt management, found here in rAthena. Are there any connections with these? THANKS!

Dragon Breath damage isn't reduce by element reduction gears or cards.

No, it was a potential fix that was proposed in the Sakray server that never hit the main servers. Only fire element reduces DB damage.
