20120410 with Harmony. Guild Emblem won't show

I can see my guild mates emblems, but others can't. same as them, they can see their guild emblems, but we can't.
I am using r17235 & 20120410 with Harmony

 

I need help.
 

 

my char_athena.conf NO SPACE and SYMBOLS
