Hello everyone, I'm new to Private Server, in fact, this is my first server attempt so if I'm doing something stupid please point me. I've followed the wiki instructions for setting my MySQL server (http://rathena.org/wiki/SQL_Installation). Everything went fine but when I tried to run my map server a lot of itens, mobs and npcs errors popped up:
After struggling myself for a while trying to find what the hell was wrong. I changed inter_athena.conf to not use item_db or mob_db from MySQL:
// Use SQL item_db, mob_db and mob_skill_db for the map server? (yes/no) use_sql_db: yes
just to try and see what errors could popup and for my surprise, I didn't get any errors. So, can anyone help me? What am I doing wrong? How do I fix that? Thanks in advice.
EDIT: Don't know if that helps, but I'm using the pre-compilled version r17288
