castle treasure chests despawning

So basically every time woe starts all the treasure chests in normal woe castles despawn.  this only happens for standard woe castles, SE castle treasure is fine.  Since we have standard woe starting at 1:00am server time it gives people 1 hour to get treasure before it despawns.  Is there some way to fix this short of changing the woe time?

 

edit: this happens regardless of which woe is starting.  for example if prontera woe starts all the chests in prontera, payon, geffen, alde all despawn.
