FluxCP Donation wont show up

I have been trying to figure out this problem the  whole day i know it has something to do with my files of Flux.  I am using a customize FluxCP that i got here in rathena i forgot the name who posted it.  Since whoever posted the complete flux it is not a renewal so i just took out the skin template of it and merge it with Calcium's flux renewal to get the renewal updates for flux but whenever i configure the donation part it wont show the complete page like as shown here

so if anyone could help me i would appriciate it very much, i attached what my donation page looks like
