2012-04-10 crashs while loading char (sometimes).

Hey Guys,

I need your help... please

Some players and Even me in one computer while loading mapa after select character causes cash in my client as image below:

In my server there is not error for sprite, after logged everyone can play without any problem but this problem keep happening sometimes while login and loading after select char.

Please guys give me a light.

OBS.: in other laptop I don`t have this issue *.*

Guys,

I find out that the problem was related to hair styles and clothes color, can some help me? my EXE 2012-04-10 does not support, there is anyone who did it work with this version of EXE?
