If i'm not mistaken, that's not an error, just says that the config.h hasn't changed, and that there's nothing to do with it (like, it wouln't compiled it, since it's already included). I dunno, it's just a thinking of mine. But as long as it doesn't caused you problems, then there's nothing to worry about. Good Luck!
