Help Please. After Loading screen error/bug.

Hello, I need some help I am not sure what is wrong with my RO.

I am not sure if it's the .exe that is giving me problems, because after I mess around with some customs and the .exe I bug a lot.

When I log in alone on my private server, after the loading screen I bug out. It's not my customs items or the maps. Everything is up to date.

After a few tries I am able to get in.

Is there a way to stop the error from poping up? This error is very random. And once I log in and able to get in, I wont bug anymore. I want to take a picture of it, but I can't because now it won't bug. It's like a normal bug that is a big box that says copy and paste.
