hi guys, i am currently running on 3ceam (rAthena) and i've found out that i have huge skill delays everytime after using a skill even tho my ASPD is 193. and when i am in fury state , everytime i body relocate it seems to be comsuming my spirit spheres . can somebody please help me on my issues? thank you so much

FYI, 3CeAm is not rAthena.

2. My guess for the delay is you forget to turn on "delay_depends_AGI / DEX" in conf/battle/skill.conf

3. Again, 3CeAm not rAthena. You'll have to report bug at their forum. As we rA users couldn't reproduce the bug and troubleshoot for you.
