i give my client to my friend he try online with broadband login and char he can access but when the char to connect into map it say ''cannot connecting to server'' .. this prob is because of my rathena or my port?? cause im already make my ip to static ...

You might have the wrong map_ip configured in trunk/conf/map_athena.conf

// Map Server IP
// The IP address which clients will use to connect.
// Set this to what your server's public IP address is.
//map_ip: 127.0.0.1

It should be your WAN IP.

Also make sure the map port (default is 5121) TCP and UDP is forwarded form your router to your computer's LAN IP.

As far as I know, most of broadbands' IP are dynamic and not static. It means that it changes from time to time (every time you will connect and disconnect) the broadband you are using. In that case, you should use No-IP or buy a Linux server to host your server files.
