/showname has no effect

I am using a 2011-11-22a client. With or without normal guild brackets has not made a difference. I'm currently on langtype 1, if that's the issue what are the other langtypes that work for 2011-11-22? Most threads I've seen on this the issue was just that the person didn't know /showname existed as a setting. For me it just has no effect.

When you diff'ed, which option did you select here?

• Enforce iRO Font
  
• Enable /showname
  

(For the command /showname to work, you have to pick the 2nd options "Enable /showname".)

Neither of those options are available on my shindiffpatcher. I have weediffgen v1.0.2.

The current plugins for WeeDiffGen do not support /showname, it is being worked on. I'd keep on eye on the patcher thread ('watch' it).

Anyone know if this has been resolved (I.E. if there is a way to make /showname work with the 2011-11-22a client)? If not, is there a newer, better supported client that might be worth upgrading my server to?

Keep an eye on that other thread, it hasn't been updated or fixed yet.
