Error Compiling with Kloxo's MySQL package

I have CentOS 32 bit with MySQL built-in from lxcenter (Kloxo), when I tried to ./configure or ./configure --with-mysql=/usr/lib/mysql/mysql_config, it always gives me error :

But there is mysql server running on my VPS

What option should I write when compiling?
