Just download and paste the folder into your fluxcps addon folder.

Then log into a gm account and click on vote 4 points.

Add the voting sites you wanna use + points, save and you are ready to go.

Insert the npc from the addon folder or use another one.

There isn´t much to explain. It´s pretty much paste and go ;D
