What game version should I download?

Hello

I have done Sharpienero setting up rAthena sever from his vdo part 1 and seem to run smoothly.

Now, I stuck at part 2 of his tutorial series http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtDRZki3Hpo

I download 2011-03-15aRagexeRE.exe and Data Version 2.0 of Alexandria and follow his instruction

for Ragnarok Online folder ... he said that I can download from ragnarok online website ... but there are difference version from different country website....

Q1: I'm not sure if which Ragnarok Online version that I should download ?

I found one that is RO EP. 13.3.1,

25 Aug 2011 <<< can I use this one?

Q2: After I install Ragnarok Online .... how to edit DATA.ini ?

I see that there are some other files.grf that I installed

The thing I don't understand what does it means of number like

0=aaa.grf

1=bbb.grf

2=ccc.grf

I look in the data.ini of some of other private sever someone have only

2=ddd.grf

5=eee.grf

or it doesn't matter to have orderly number from 0..1...2 ...etc ?

Q3: When I'm done with Ragnarok Online installation, should I open their normal ragnarok.exe to download their patch ? (I did download official patch because I think that I will download all lastest game class and items)

or I can start with my custom ragnarok.exe that I made from Sharpienero's tutorial?

I tried to run with my ragnarok.exe to run the game but I can't connect to my sever

Could someone suggest me if where to look at ?
