Skills in korean and cant equip items

Anyone know how to solve any of these?

First off where can I get grf file for the client version 20100616 (grf for client 2010/06/16). I know gravity but where exatcly? Do I dl a clean copy of rag from gravity and take their grf?

&

Me and my friend both have this problem in different ways about client:

1. When I make a cleint I either have all these skills in korean and appear as things like *%$(^*)&%^$ Ground Drift )&(//.,)(^*&, I am guessing that means they are in korean and it is a translation error.

2. Or I have a problem where everything is in English, but I can not chat (Enter button doesnt work for chat) and I can not equip anything. If I log out log back in though the item is equiped.

For the lua project do I download (svn checkout) all the files or just lua files?

download on this link

put the files inside "lua files" folder located on yourRO\data\lua files

you may also want to get System folder if you're using 2012 client (put it inside yourRO folder)
