Pre renewal exp trouble

I'll open a ragnarok server. it will be 100x100 experience and I have a problem with base experience.

As example: When I kill a poring (at level 1 novice) it gives me a very low experience (it does not give me levels) and job gives me 5 levels like normal.

I already changed Renewal.h in #define REMODE 1 to #define REMODE 0 (trunk/src/map/config/Renewal.h) and also I have removed the re folder (db/re).

In the exp.conf I have edited:

base_exp_rate: 10000

job_exp_rate: 10000

multi_level_up: yes

any help will be appreciated. thanks
