Heey i changed in the config that you need 120 dex for instant cast now when i go on my server and i have 300 dex and dont have instant cast may i must change something more anywhere ? when yes can you say me where pls

Its Renewal mechanics where you won't have instant cast regardless of your Instant Cast/Dex conf.
