Hi, I'm using 2021-11-17 and Desperado and some of the kagerou kunai skills don't do anything when I use them except use up SP.
When I googled and searched, I found some posts related to it, but the answer was "update rathena" and they were from years ago so I don't think I can do that to fix it. I checked the skill_db to see if something weird was going on but I don't know what it should look like, and randomly changing stuff didn't seem to do much.
I don't have any errors or anything. It plays the animation and sound and just doesn't do anything. I would really appreciate any help clearing this up.
