Help for a script (src\map\skill.c)

Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me for a little problem :

i'm not a dev, but i play on a server who has pre-config features, and one of them is realy annoying : There is a 3s delay for Asura after using the Hiding and cloaking Skills, Only on Battlegrounds Maps, i tried to look a little bits on forums, to help the dev doing that faster ( apparently they didnt do that, themselfs.. ) i think i figured out where the script might be, ( src\map\skill.c) but as i said, i'm not a dev, i dont have the script, so if someone could , just help me to understand how to do the 3s delay for asura after hiding / cloaking ONLY on Battlegrounsd Maps, it will be realy helpfull. Thanks in advance !
