Statpoint table(Question)

Maybbe Its a really dumb question because i'm really newbie at this stuff but what does this do? does it set the stats I get pero level or the total statpoints that the character have? I appreciate the answers.

Also, theres another statpoint that goes by the name statpoint_renewal, does that mean that both merge or what?

i believe its max statpoint per level. increase in level each line.
there are two statpoints.txt inside db folder. one is inside 'pre-re' folder, other is in 're'.
