Language Problem for items

Hello.  i am newbie learner... i need help some one guide me how do i change these item's Language to english??
it is some korean or chinese ... i want it to change to English...

i used 2013-08-07 Ragexe Client  / Nemo Patcher
even i tried " use plain text descriptions open but it did not helped me..

Patch your client with "translate client to english" using NEMO and use the updated ROtranslation files https://github.com/zackdreaver/ROenglishRE

But Problem was with itemInfo File.. in System Folder i updated it to latest and it fixed
