It only happen now. Before im using old client it is not lagging. I checked my server everytime it is lagging and i saw that everytime char_server is saving the spikes occur on my server. What client are you using btw? 2015-11-04a, use older like 2013, 2014 also same problem , so I use newest for beauty interface and no graphic problem at all for my window 7, 2014 or older I need keep refresh my GPU driver by ctrl+alt+del and not everytime work.
