Abra-Change -> big drama baby

i wanted to change the rates of some abra-specific skills:

- massive increased rate of 'class change'

- lower some rates here,

 boost some there.

make this skill kinda fun again.

 

so i canged this:

and then hell broke loose:

server wasn't able to reconnect, all i tried to do had no effect.

when i reverted the changes, server started as normal.

did i miss something?
