max job level doesn't change

Hello fellows.

 

I have a problem when I'm changing the max job level.

 

I want to have a job level of 300 and base level of 175 however, the job level stays at 1

 

I shortened the texts below for space sake. It is not like this in the actual txt file.

as you can see, I changed all of them to 300 yet the max I can level up when I do this is 1...

I just extended the exp to over 300 and it worked.
