Changing 3rd job skill to non-3rd job, having problem in skill tree tab

I have encountered a problem when I moved Judex from Archbishop's skill tree to Priest's skill tree.

 

When I open my skill tree in-game, it will stays in the 3rd tab of the tree, but it should be in the 2nd tab.

It will be in the position I set in skilltreeview, but wrong tab.

 

I try to move another skills, for example, move 2nd-job skills or trans-job skills to 1st-job's skill tree and found out that only 3rd job skills will having this problem, trans-skills and 2nd-job skills will follow the setting in skilltreeview.

 

I cannot find any 'tab setting' thing in the lua files, can someone help me out?

As one can see, the skills are in the 3rd tab, but I am just a priest.
