PROBLEM CARD PREFIX NAME and EFFECT

Good day,

 

I use the emulator rAthena 17708,

and I am with the following problem:

 

Some cards when equipped are not having the effect and are not showing the prefix hers items ....

 

Following the example of Hydra and Incantation Samurai Card that do not appear its prefix, since the letter General Turtle is appearing correctly as "explosion"
