    my request - remove the renewal :)

    its not needed anymore, for a long time

    i once did a grf compare, and 99% of files in rdata.grf was binary exact in data.grf

    in 2 weeks, that 1% will be merged to data.grf, and a new 1% added to rdata.grf

    i guess people still think you need the renewal client for renewal/3rd class. this is wrong, its been in main server for a long time.

    and if you are really set on including it you should remove the files from rdata that is same in data

    (unpack data and rdata to separate folders, compare folders with "beyond compare", delete files from rdata folder that are same, repack. you will see it drop to a few megabyte total)

    this should save alot of bandwidth and less download for people /swt

    I would suggest option 3. Most of the people out there are already comfortable with text database. Option 3 you are also free to choose between text or sql database, its just a matter of free will.

    Client problem setup file keep popping up

    Setup.exe runs when you open the client for the first time. If it keeps on popping out, it means it's not saving. Make sure you guys run the .exe as an administrator too. And patch your kRO and RagRE clients.

    And what Judas said. I'm a slow typer. :(

    well as I said only "win xp users are having problems" as for win 7 they can run the client w/o problems.

    I have an issue using win xp. some of players can't run the client, everytime they run the exe client the setup file is always popping up.

    I have no problems with this in terms of using windows 7, except in win xp most of my players are having that kind of problem.

    Client used RagexeRE 2011 03 15a

    I experienced the same problem before. Maybe it has something to do with the setup file, or maybe it has something to do with the client.

    When I use kRO Client (Fully Updated) the client shows up. but if I use the client from Philippines Ragnarok Itself (Fully Updated) it wont show up.
